Returns and exchange details
I hope you will enjoy your items, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please do contact me in the first instance and I will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon receipt, please return your order to me immediately and I will issue you with a refund. I accept refunds on items returned in the condition they were sent out, in the original packaging.
Delivery times and customs
Items will be despatched on receipt of payment, usually within 5 to 7 working days. I will post your items according to Royal Mail’s recommended last posting dates for the busy Christmas period; 20 December (UK), 12 December (International). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Wholesale orders
My minimum order quantity for wholesale prices is £50 which includes free tracked shipping. To make a wholesale order, simply email me on info@helenaleestudios.com with the items and quantities from my line sheets and I will reply with an invoice. Once I have received payment in full, I will send the order to you within 7 working days.
